Oh my! You're making me so jealous and homesick for Michigan! We're supposed to get ice starting anytime now, but I wish it would be snow instead. Fluffy, white snow. Christmas snow.

I really don't understand the science of it, but it starts out raining a really cold rain, and it gets colder and colder and the rain and wetness changes over to ice instead of snow. Later we are supposed to have what they call a "wintery mix," which is ice and snow and rain all mixed together. Slippery! Sloppy! Cold!!
I better get the hot chocolate going!! My babies will be home from school in 1/2 hour. They'll be so cold from walking home. We do live very close to the high school. I HOPE we get a Snow Day tomorrow!!
