This case is severe. You need to be treating with vaseline every few hours and you need to get this bird medicine, ivermectin online or preferably at a vet. You also need to clean your cage from top to bottom. It is quite dirty, which would not usually be the biggest problem ever, but you are opening your bird up to secondary infections. You need to clean it every day if you want to give her a shot at life. Scaly face is a horrific and slow way to die. You can't allow this to happen.

I applied her some Vaseline and realized half her cere is now white-pink
