Should I let my sister get a female to put in my cage to breed them or should I get another one

Well, that depends on a few things. First of all, you can't breed budgies until both partners are a year old, but that doesn't mean you couldn't house a female budgie with your male one. Keep in mind that if you have more budgies, they will become much harder to tame.

You and your sister will have to work that out together. I think it would be very nice of you to let one bird be hers. You're a nice brother to even be considering it. Keep in mind, though that you and your sister will not want to let your budgies breed until they are both one full year old, so pretty much a whole year from now. It's not healthy for their child-bird bodies to have babies too young. So that means don't put any kind of a nest box in with them.

Its best to keep both birds in your possession for a full year so you can be sure of their age. Better a few months older than a few months younger. How long have you had Tiny?

About a month but through reaserch I can conclude tiny is 5 or 6 months old
