On Thursday I had to put the most amazing dog ever down! And now we are trying to make money to get her ashes because I can't afford it! I am just a kid So if you want a pic of your bird drawn and sent to you it will only be 10.00

I'm sorry, too. I had a little fox terrier mix from the time I was 3 until he died when I was 15. It was horrible. My heart is with you.

I am sorry for your loss. Will your parents not pay for the ashes? What will the vet do with them if you do not pay for them?

We can't afford it and they will just throw it away

Perhaps you could offer to pay half. Surely the vet's office would rather get half the money than just throw the ashes away.

Nope we still HAVE to pay 40 dollars for the creamation so they can creamate her with some other dog And then use her for fertilizer

If you are old enough how about asking them if you can volunteer time working there for the ashes

I am so sorry for your loss. I have a 16 year old dog and I am currently struggling with this issue between too soon or not soon enough. I am also struggling with what to do with her remains. I don't think I am going to pay to cremate her. Where I live it cost $40 just to have some farmer despose of the body on his property. The thing is, the body isn't the dog, or the essence, or the soul. Your dear friend is already at the rainbow bridge, happy and whole and waiting for you. All my pets I remember and they live in my heart forever.

The doge I have had to have put down, 3 so far, I had the Vet donate the body to a Vet school. The spirit is in heaven and the body helps students learn
