I've noticed since I've separated them at night, in the morning Kyba will call out for Kylie and after a few times she will call back at him. Kyba will then stop calling for her and start talking for me. IE "hey buddy, whats up buddy, what are you doing" and so forth. He will call for Kylie and then talk to me. He will stop when I answer back to him usually say "go back to bed, or you're ok go to sleep" he shuts up for a few then starts calling us both again until I crawl out of bed uncover them and Kylie is with him in the cage.
Question I have is there a difference in flock calls and calling/talking to an owner. I'm beginning think there's no difference because either way Kyba is getting what he wants. Me to get up open them up and get his bff Kylie to him ASAP. Ok I admit it he has e trained very very well now. LOL

Well, My birds flock call at me when they are hungry or angry or whatever or if they are calling each other. I'm pretty sure it is the same. Since you are positively reinforcing it, then it is defiantly. He knows when he makes that noise, he will get what he wants lol I have been trying to break that from Tweets in the morning but nothing so far :\

Its usually for me to come and pick him up lol
