I wouldn't do anything rash at this point. Let her keep them a good while yet. If you eventually determine them to be infertile, don't loose heart. It's just their first time and maybe papa bird didn't quite get the job done. They'll catch on!

My Bonnie is stull sitting on her 3 infertile eggs. I dont know when to take them away nor how. I will try to breed them again but i want them to rest up and get healthy again before that ever happens!
