So here is an amazing Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, They are extremly gooey when they first come out of the oven and for the first day or so... but then they harden up just enough so you can used them for Ice cream cookie sandwiches... or eat them on their own and they are still amazing!
You Will Need
2 cups of All- Purpose flower
1/2 a tea spoon of baking soda
1/2 a tea spoon of salt
3/4 cups of un salted butter
1 cup of (dark) brown sugar
1/2 a cup of white sugar
1 full egg
1 egg yoke
1 table spoon of Vanilla extract (if you put in more thats great too)
2 cups of chocolate chips
how to make??
- pre heat oven to 325 f and grease cookie sheet with either cooking spray or butter
-next in a large bowl sift flower, baking soda and salt together into a nice fine mix. Set aside
- now in a medium sized bowl you will now cream together your butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Set aside
- in a small bowl mix together your egg, egg yoke, and vanilla until a nice consistency
- Mix together egg and sugar mixtures until they are one (or close to)
- slowly mix together the flower and sugar/egg mixture until it has turned into an almost pasty mixture.
-ADD THE CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!! also 2 cups is a lot of chips... and i put in a lot more i as well because i like there to be a chip in every bite.
- make little cookie balls with your hands and place on the cookie sheet. there will be 4 rows and 3 in each row
- squish the cookie balls a little until they have flattened just a enough so they look like a cookie but are still thick. this should make between 20- 24 cookies.
- pop your cookies into the oven for 15-17 minutes. The amount of time it takes depends on your oven so once you start to see a light brown forming at the bottom of your cookies take them out.
-let them cool!
-eat them all.....
