He is coming from Montona. Comes from a breeder called rimrock aviary. Me and the breeder are both waiting till the weather gets in the high 40's due to the airports not shipping birds unless the temp is between 45-80 F. I havent had a cockatiel in over 15 years. My last one Fred who was a standard grey lived for 12 years. So can't wait
