Leilani is part tame she step up on my finger and stick. I want it to finish taming her,but she will not stay still on the play set. Stardust is scared of me. I think she needs a little more time to feel more at home. She been with me for 4 weeks.

The best thing I can say is keep sitting by her cage and chatting with her. And millet, millet, millet. Birds thrive on food and treats. While you're talking to her, keep putting your hand closer and closer, preferably with millet. If she flinches, you're too close, so back up just slightly (not even a centimeter) and stay there while continuing to talk to her.

She now living with stardust. When I take Leilani out she fly back to the cage. How do I show stardust to target tame with Leilani out on the playset gym

If you take her out, stay near the cage until she relaxes. When she comes out of the cage, give her millet. Make it a treat to be out of the cage. Show her it's fun to be out of the cage. Eventually Stardust will start to be curious about what's outside of the cage and she'll come out as well.
