This when he had the short tail,his tail did grow back. He does not chirp much.
Can you tell me if its a boy or a girl.

At the end of the video I zoom in I see white when look,he/she is out of the cage there is is white on the care and the rest is light blue. Make sure you stop the video at the end I see the white.

I just did what you said, and stopped it at the end. Yes, I see the white circles, so I think a girl. I'm gunna stick with that now  One more thing you could do to help is try to put him/her by the window or door, in sunlight and try to get a picture then. Even if it's just day time and her cage gets some sun on it, try that. I know right now my windows are covered and I still have sunlight pouring into my room! |

My parakeet is bossy when she out,she will not go back in her cage. She give me a hard time. Anytime I am close to the cage she fly away. So I have to leave her out. Also she does not chirp much but she is loud.
Male Parakeets:
-Head bobbing
-More Singing
-More Active and Social
Female Parakeets:
-Bossy
-Louder
-Don’t generally sing
