Aww yeah there my only pair, I don't want to forse it but last year when I tried with Grapes and Mango they didn't breed either, If they don't breed I need to wait till next year D=
I have normal seed a cuttle bone and mineral block with them, is there anything else you guys could suggest?

You should feed them a higher protein diet. Give them some hard boiled egg, you can even offer them little bits of very well cooked high quality meat so that they feel more up to breeding. Two or three weeks isn't really enough to be worried yet - sometimes it can go faster if the budgies were already showing real interest in mating, but I wouldn't consider giving up until six or eight weeks have passed with no signs. Budgies often wont explore something new for several weeks, even a month - if they have only had the nest for two weeks, they might not feel it is safe yet.

She's already been in the nest several times, even Casper has, If I removed their toys and only left the necessities would it increase the chances of them breeding?

Yes, it would definitely help them to breed if you removed most of their toys, we usually suggest a breeding cage to be pretty simple, so the birds are looking at eachother instead of at their shiny things

Blue, I'm wondering if since birds love to be up high, maybe Mango and Casper would like for you to move their nest box up to the highest position you can safely attach it. Just a suggestion, as I have never bred birds myself.

If you can see, near my water tube, look behind it, that's where my mineral block is and I also have a cuttle bone near where mango is standing.
