So, it seems like lil Leelo found a new hobbie, she goes to the food cup and lies on it, like she was hatching or something, then starts kicking out the food with her feet, I don't know why she keeps doing that, but I don't like it because she leaves a mess all over the cage and the floor!  |

I wonder if she is trying to nest.
It looks like you have a boy and a girl. Not sure how old. Is her cere getting brownish at all? If so, that could indicate she's coming into breeding condition.
You could try rearranging the cage--move the toys and seed dishes all around.
Also, making sure the budgies have a full twelve hours of dark can calm her down, if this is hormones.

Nope, her cere isn't brownish yet, it's still like in my profile and signature pictures, Pammy said I should take the nest out because she was probably too young, so I took it out. I guessed she was about 5~6 months old (haha she's on the cup right now) but I'm not sure... And yeah I cover the cage always from 7pm to 7am, my mom used to do it like that when we had budgies when I was little  |

I didn't remember that you had had a nest in the cage, or that she was still young.
I would try rearranging the cage. She may still be trying to make a nest.
