This looks like pretty classic splayed leg syndrome, although it worries me that the baby seems to struggle to keep her foot pointing in the right direction as well. Splayed legs are correctable and sadly common in baby birds in small clutches. You see, your bird did not have siblings to lean against, and with nobody helping her stand while she was all wobbly, she just laid there, and her legs grew spread too far apart. You are going to have to hobble the baby. It is a difficult process for you and the bird, but it will give her a chance at a normal, unimpeded adult life: much like a child who wears leg braces so they will have a shot at not being a disabled adult. To hobble the baby safely, you need to go out and buy make up sponges. I could go on at length about the procedure, but this website will show you what to do in much greater detail and with step by step pictures. The objective of this sponge hobble is to keep the legs of the baby bird tied together and under it in a natural position until the baby's natural growth repairs the damage. www.parrotparrot.com/lovebirds/breeding-lovebirds/fixing-splay-legs/

thank u @sarah. i'll try this. now he manage to balance his weight by his own, sumtimes take help of one wing..today he stood straight on both legs. but he still cannot move his any of the claws/feet..i hope u can understand wht i mean, by which they grab perch..when i touch them he move his legs but dont grab my finger. pardon me for my bad english, its not so perfect. i show u his pic tht i took today. i hope he'll climb all perches with not much efforts when he grow up. i separated him frm his mother, his health is improving, now hv more feathers thn yesterday n seems healthy..his dad is feeding him. it makes her annoyed n within one night she attacked other budgies in cage n in morning i found blood everywhere...4 budgies r injured bcoz of her. i took them to avian vet yesterday n he told me u did right by separating chick frm mother but i shud also separate her frm rest of the birds at night to avoid bloody feuds he said the same..sprayed legs abt the baby n advised to mix few drops of multivitamin concentrate in their drinking water. he tied his legs closely with a strip of band-aid n asked me to change it everyday n each day i hv to tie it more closer. when i remove tht band-aid today in morning it ripped off sum of his little feathers with it though i applied sum olive oil. i think ur suggestion is much safer, i hv spare make up sponge n with these easy instructions i think i can do it. i hope my budgie will b fine in a week or two. see urself his improvement. these were taken abt a week ago. u can see his claw..he cant move his fingers or whtever it is called. sorry i dont know correct term. last one is frm today..with white feathers on wings..standing straight, isnt it? n i hope he'll b alright with ur suggested treatment. thanks to god n all of u for ur prayers. i m very happy to b a part of this forum. i'll gv u more updates abt his improvement. take care n keep sharing ur experience with more ppl like me. god bless u. happy thanksgiving to everyone. I'm glad that he is showing improvement Keep us posted about his progress. I am also worried about the problems she is having with her feet, but hopefully soon she will start to use them properly as her legs are healing.
