my sister and brother in law came to visit for awhile. He knew I've had them but has never meet them before. I opened their cage and Kyba came out immediately and Kylie came out and we walked around with both on one shoulder each. It took them both 5 minutes to feel comfortable with the stranger in the house and they started chirping and playing on my shoulders and arms. Kyba started talking to me with in 10 minutes, and then he starts showing off for my brother in law talking to us NONE STOP while we were watching a movie. Before they left we got on my lap top for a minute Kyba starts talking to him looking dead at my brother in law and talking over the video's for 5 minutes. He sat on my shoulder when we hugged and said bye. Kylie flew off and was playing on her own on the tv stand, but she did sit on my shoulder with us for almost 10 minutes on the couch, then she flew off to go play. I love the fact that Kyba and Kylie are so so easy to accept family when they visit and open up immediately to them being themselves and not hiding in the cage and being silent. Its such an awesome feeling.

That's wonderful Kenny. I hope mine will get that comfortable with guests some day.

How fun! Your family must have enjoyed that. My little stinkers are friendlier with my daughter when she visits from college than they are with me. Today Kringle let Rachel pet his chest and Clausy perched on her finger. They really like her, and they only see her once a week at most, sometimes once in two weeks. Rachel adores them.
