Tiny tiny seems a bit thin any ideas for how to get him to gain weight.

Sure - Feed him fatty things for a time, until his weight balances out. Good options are millet sprays, peanut butter without preservatives, and hard boiled egg

The funny thing is tinsel taught tiny how to eat treats because he forgot as soon as I got him

I dunno if this is really something you want to consider, but I give Shasta a little oatmeal every day. He loves to eat it out of my hand, so I use it as a training treat as well.
