I just checked the old forum to see if mind I was back and I noticed that all posts we're writes in symbols from some country I don't know the alphabet it's so weird and the spam there glad this one is going now with proper officers the old one has been left to rot don't let it happen here ( hopefully it doesn't.)

It is the Cyrillic alphabet, the spam posts are mostly in russian :/
I am trying to keep a pretty wide base of staff members and I gave them actual power over the forum so this doesn't happen to us. We've been growing so fast, I will need to hold elections for promotions and new staff soon!

My one major concern is that I am not able to read through the volume of everything at the moment because of difficulties in my personal life - I check through for new threads, particularly ones about health and safety issues, follow up where I have posted advice or questions and try to monitor things, but I simply don't have the time for everything right now. Although problems are very scarce and my staff are quite good at alerting me to problems, I think that we should have at least one more administrator who can make real and significant changes to the page, in the event (knock on wood) that something happen to me or I can't log on for a protracted period of time for some reason.
