Hello, I have not been on for a couple weeks. There is no way I can catch up on every post I have missed but wanted to thank all of you. Without your post, sharing your stories, successes and concerns there would be no forum for me to pop in and out of. What a great group of thoughtful moderators! You help make this forum a warm and welcoming place. And Sarah, thank you for building our little community and your knowledgable thoughtful post.

Fabulous!! Right now she clinging to the front of my bathrobe as I type this. She is peeking inside my bathrobe and playing with my necklace.

Ahh don't be too encouraged. Sweetie has been tame all along and she is doing a pretty good job of training this ole big bird (me). I used to not like it when she nibbled on my finger. I didn't think it was very nice. She has trained me to realize she is just being a bird and doing what birds do. She has trained me to feed her from my plate. Today I tricked her, I am a pretty smart old bird, and got her to eat some of my green bean.
