Pammy, I think that would be fun to gets two females. I wanted two females for my two boys until I was given sweetie. I listen to their chatter, which sometime can get rather loud, and think to is enough for me. Sweetie is very quiet. Only an occasional chirp.

mine have learned to quiet down when they hear me say "HEY CALM DOWN" and they do and go on about playing around but they never get LOUD LOUD when they do get going though. I've said it and say it I've only got 2 I must be the luckiest budgie owner to have them the way they are. I get asked ALL THE TIME aren't they loud and chirp ALL the time. the look at I get when I say NOPE they chirp have fun but its not all day and its not loud

I don't mind my budgies being noisy. It's a pretty cheerful sound! If I don't have the TV, radio, or music on they are much more likely to quiet down. But two more---I don't think so! That is, unless the addiction gets worse, or I see another beautiful budgie at the pet store LOL.

Yep, I agree with that, Santa. Right now, Kringle is singing to Clausy and bobbing up and down for him, too. He looks very happy.
