She does have a super confusing cere! Still, if it is more than one color it is usually safe to say the bird is a hen. Boys have a range of violets and pinks ranging from the neon to the palest pastel, but they are almost always just the one color

You are poking at her too much. When she runs from the stick, you should give her a minute without chasing her, so she doesn't learn to hate the stick and try to get away as soon as she sees it. Don't try to get her on the stick again until she settles back down to a perch off the side of the cage. You've made great progress on perching on the stick outside the cage though

Unless there is a problem where Sunny or Olivia become violent when around each other, I don't see any problem with letting Olivia visit her. If you are trying to keep Olivia's attention for a training session though, I suggest either taking her to a different room or, if that is not possible, covering Sunny's cage until the training session is over should help.

I do not mind covering the cage, that should work. Thanks,I do let them hang out,its Meka and Olivia they both got in a fight one day and I stop it and Olivia flew away. She did not get hurt. So I do not let them out together any more. Sunny and Olivia get along well. I do let her visit her too.
