Hi, Avarrie. Welcome to the forum! It would help us to know how long you have had your budgies, how old they are, and whether they are hand tame. Also, would you mind if I ask how old you are?

She has a handicap from a bad nesting situation: it is called splayed leg syndrome. Unfortunately you cannot treat it because she has grown up too much and her bones and joints are solidified in this position. It is a mild case, so don't worry too much. She can have a happy and full life with out much discomfort, but if you notice that she is having trouble climbing about in her cage as she gets older, you may need to arrange the perches in such a way that she can move more easily.

It *should* not. It will not prevent her from being a good mother or laying eggs and it is not a hereditary trait. However, she may have trouble holding up the male during the mating act. Unfortunately, you won't know if this is a problem until you are ready to try to breed.

Indeed, But I will tell you that this is caused by not having any nesting materal in the nesting box when she was being born, it's pretty much like a newborn human baby being raised on the floor when if nesting materal was used (A bed) then it would have been more comfy and it would prevent things like this happening.

it can also be from not having brothers or sisters to hold each other up or the ground is slippery and they cant get a grip
