When does a budgies cere turn to the color that it will be forever? Mango is approx a 5- 6 month old hen and her cere is still white! I actually prefer white instead of the brown crusty color that hens usually have but will her cere eventually turn brown? I thought maybe with her diluted colors maybe it will stay white? Does anyone know? Thanks!

A hen's cere turns brown when she goes into breeding condition. Here is a link to an article that explains how they go into and out of breeding condition: cutelittlebirdiesaviary.weebly.com/what-is-breeding-condition.htmlIt looks to me (and a caveat is that I have no experience) like the budgies cere will not turn brown and crusty unless you provide the conditions to encourage mating.

actually her cere already turned for sexual maturity. white means that she is not in breeding condition and turns brown/tan

Female budgie's ceres are always changing, as a direct representation of the amount of breeding hormones in their bodies. They should settle into white around six months, and it will remain so until such time as she has breeding instincts triggered. If your Mango is staying nice and white, that is just proof that you are doing a good job controlling her hormones.
