This is Zeb, I think he is a skyblue clearwing or greywing, his flight feathers have very very pale grey on the tips

Haha, thanks guys, thats interesting !!! Funnily enough," her" cere is starting to turn pale brown in the centre since having first molt. It was quite blue to start with, which made me think she was male. So pretty boy is now pretty girl !

Baby girls often have powdery blue ceres, and with her gentle coloring, I can see how even just slightly blue could have looked quite blue. She's gorgeous!
