My mom makes these for a desert at every holiday and she doesn't go home with left overs!
What you need: 1 cup butter melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons peanut butter
In a medium bowl mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
Press mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9x13 inch pan.
In the microwave or on the stove top, melt the chocolate chips with the 4 tbsps. Peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate forest least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Be careful though! I feel like they disappear as soon as I make them. I'm going to be trying your roast beef recipe sometime this week!

Mmmmm, yummy! Sounds similar to peanut butter balls, but with much less fussing.
