Here is how my cages look together, with Mistletoe's private quarters on top. Notice that he's actually in the budgie cage at the moment…. And here he is in the cage, eating Hmm, think I'll go out for a while…. Beautiful Boy
Mistletoe ready for me to pick him up. Couldn't be more clear if he came right out and asked.

He definitely does have personality, Santa. He's such a fun and funny little fellow. He's particularly animated during the evening time when everyone is home.

Thank you, Luvs, so kind of you. Emily actually did make me a nice new signature, and I was rude enough to ask for a couple of changes. I want to give her a bit more time to get it done. I know she's busy with her own stuff, including that precious baby girl of hers. I really need to learn how to make signatures myself. I'm clueless, tho. You ladies are all so sweet. Blue has also offered to make me a new sig. Thank you all for your compliments. Lisa, the blue lights are to ward off my Christmas-Is-Over Depression. They're pretty and wintery in here during the evening hours. I have a TERRIBLE time getting over Christmas every year. I really struggle with it, for months, actually. What a nut job I am! Luvs, Kringle enjoys climbing to the very top of all of it, on top of Mistletoe's cage, and running back and forth up there. Clausy crawled up into Mistletoe's cage this afternoon and swung on his swing. It was pretty cute. My budgies do prefer the top half of their cage for sleeping and preening. When they are feeling playful, they utilize the entire thing, hopping and swooping all over the place, from perch to swing to bridge. Normally I keep food near the bottom of the cage to encourage more use of the lower part of the cage. I moved the food higher so Noel & December would feel less shy about getting something to eat, but now they chow down like champs, so today I moved the food back to the bottom.

Aww, thanks! It's fun to decorate my birdies' cages. Yes, Noel & December are settling in very nicely. They seem happy here, and that makes me happy. The dear little things. Diana, yes, I believe that's what Mistletoe's cage is called. I think it's the same cage that Sarah has two of - one for her budgies and one for Pirate. She was talking about knocking down the inside walls of both cages and zip tying them together to form one really nice, long cage for her budgies. I think this may happen when she gets a bigger cage for Pirate. I'm very interested to see her completed work.
