Wow! Mistletoe is doing well being so close to the budgies! Is he relaxing a bit?

Everyone gets along very well. The budgies all four let themselves freely in and out of Mistletoe's cage, and they visit him on his little ledge just outside his cage. Often I will see, two or more birds just quietly sitting together up there. Mistletoe also likes to go all the way up on top of his cage for a few minutes at a time. He never goes into the budgies' cage on his own, but when I place him in there, leaving the doors wide open, he will explore for a while and try out various toys and perches before finding the door and letting himself back out.
He does seem calm around the budgies. As you can see from the pictures, all five them are comfortable eating from a plate together, without any squabbling. It makes me very happy.
