Yes I agree with Sarah give us pictures every day! You could focus on one and take a picture of it every single day for 1 year in the same position and then make a nest video

My guess is it’s infertile, but I would keep it for a good long time yet, just in case.

Congratulations on having two little babies! Egg 1 probably wasn't viable. They are supposed to hatch in the order in which they were laid but don't throw it out yet. When we thought we had two males and eggs started appearing, I read up a lot on budgie egg laying. Not all eggs that would be fertilized (if you have a male and female) nor would all fertilized eggs hatch . Also, only some of the hatchlings would survive to adulthood. I had to discuss with my kids the likelihood of our having 6 baby birds to sell if there were 6 eggs. Now that we know we have two hens and not one of each sex, we know that the eggs would never hatch.
