They've grown so much. Very exciting to watch them develop their (pin?) feathers.

I'm curious: In the most recent picture, the chick in the middle has something blue on top of him. Is that a piece of fabric or blue feathers coming in?

It is the older Chick's wing (To the left) He is giving the other chick a 'hug' lol I see them a lot, with there wings spred across the other chicks

Oh. But, why is it blue? I swear, it looks like a piece of blue fabric with black blanket stitching around the edge. It also looks so big to be the chick's wing. Maybe it's the angle of the photo? I'm sorry I keep asking. I'm just so fascinated!

Aww, they are so lovely. I am overjoyed for you! Also, if you make more of those nesting cages to sell, I'll probably take one

I am planing to make more soon. Need to buy some more plywood. Ill be making another 2 double cages for my self and a single box cage not for breeding but for photographing my budgies I will then have another 8 wire fronts and trays to make more from and sell

They grow up so quick! So when you take pictures, the mom just let's you pick the babies out of the best or do you want until she is out of the nest, or just how do you do it?! I'm going to need to know

I'm going to need to know When i open the nest box, Mum hops out and i take photos and hold the babies. When im done, mum will jump back in if she needs to or stays out. The babies are bigger now and feed less often. Both mum & dad are out of the box most of the time now
