Hi I only got my budgies a couple months ago but my parents put a kozy keet in the cage of them and they are male and female so she layed eggs in the kozy keet and I didn't know what to do and looked it up and thought it was safe to keep her in there but now that I checked up on her a few days later I don't know what to do it is full of big poop and I don't know if I should take her out and the eggs or leave her in here and clean the poop out what should I do?

You should go to a pet store and buy a wooden nest box and some wood shavings for bedding and move the eggs into it and place it in the cage in a similar place as the cozy. Just throw it away. They are not needed, healthy or remotely a good idea. As well as encouraging birds to mate and lay eggs, they hold on to dust and pathogens, and become breeding grounds for bacteria as they become soiled with feces over time.
You should also feed your birds a richer diet while they are raising young, such as peanut butter, hard boiled egg nuts and millet sprays. Best of luck! Raising a clutch an be a very rewarding experience.
