Hmmm, or maybe break off a piece of cuttlebone and put it in the nest for her?

I could do that, I also thought maybe putting the cuttlebone higher so she doesn't need to bend down..., I'll do that and also put a little piece inside the nest... I've been thinking about taking poki out of the cage for a few hours everyday so she can go out and drink water or eat what she wants without having him bothering her

I don't have any experience with breeding birds, so I don't know for sure, but I do know that he's supposed to be very attentive to her while she's on the eggs, and I hope you don't break that bond by taking him out for a few hours everyday. On the other hand, the poor little girl deserves to get a drink of water without being humped. Poor baby.

I know, apart from trying to be on top of her as much as he can, Poki is always taking care of her. If I get near the cage he jumps on top of the nest right away, almost covering the hole with his tiny body, but it does worry me that he might be not feeding her correctly I don't want to take him away from her, maybe he's more attentive when I'm not watching...

The reason he is continuing to try to mount her is because the eggs have to be individually fertilized, one at a time. Her body doesn't fill up with the whole clutch, and she never gets pregnant. An egg takes a few days to be formed, harden, and be laid, which is why there is a gap in between each. He has to manage to mate with her while the egg is still soft, or there will be no baby inside. This is nothing to worry about and is perfectly natural. He should be feeding her everything she needs, including a higher calcium content.
If it will ease your mind at all, but a small bit of a calcium supplement of your choice into the nest box, along with a sprig of millet. Do NOT take him away from her unless he is actually becoming abusive, which it sounds like he is not at all.

Just a little update before going away for the weekend.
I just candled the eggs and discovered that there are six of them! And im not very sure but i think leelo is carrying another one.
What i saw of the six eggs comparing them to lots of pictures of fértile and infertile eggs at different stages is that i have 3 fértile and 2 infértile, im not sure about the last one because it was laid just yesterday

That's exciting! Just remember what Sarah said about waiting two weeks before assuming an egg is infertile and throwing it away. It would be so sad to toss one out when it was just too young to see anything. I'm feeling a wee bit jealous. I would love to raise a single clutch of hand-tame babies, but I think my hubby would go over the deep end if I doubled the noisy budgie chattering in our home.

I get you, poki alone is as noisy as a whole flock hahaha I think im gonna leave all the eggs there, until they hatch or not, i liked knowing that they serve as "pillows" or something for the baby chicks

Ohh no no the rest of the eggs are inside the nest, I meant the shell(?) of this newborn chick was kicked out, I also noticed there are 6 more eggs! O.O that means Leelo layed 8 eggs this time! (she kicked out one of the infertiles like 3 days ago) and as far as I know there were 3 fertile, 3 infertile and 2 that I havent candled. EDIT: I've heard the baby cry almost non stop for a couple of hours, is that normal? I didn't remember babies crying so much, I hope it doesn't mean it's not being fed is there something I should do?

How wonderful, Perla! Congratulations! I can hardly wait to hear more.
Celery is safe for budgies, but it is largely water and not really all that nutritious.

Thank you! I used just a little bit of celery just to freshen up the salad, I realized I had run out of lettuce so I only used spinach(cooked) and raw carrot I also put a piece of corn tortilla, it amazes me how much they like it haha they go all crazy, eating very fast as if the tortilla would start running away from them hahaha
