My favorite band is called Sabaton. They are a power metal band from Sweden who do songs on battles and warfare. Most of their albums deal with WWII.

I'm really getting into The Piano Guys and Shiny Toy Guns.
Shiny Toy Guns did a cover over Major Tom.
And The Piano Guys are from where I grew up and they write their own music and they do covers and other stuff.

Santa, I used to be a piano player in a big band. You and I share the big band music passion.

My music is Christmas music. I love it year round. Some of my favorites are instrumental pieces by Boston Pops and Arthur Fiedler and Ferrante & Teicher, Al Hirt (trumpeter) and Boots Randolph (tenor saxophonist) Also love Christmas oldies by such legends as Andy Williams, Johnny Mathis, Lawrence Welk, Ray Conniff, and the Osmonds. Then there's Christmas music by current artists like Eclipse, David Archuleta, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Okay, so I pretty much either love or like all Christmas music unless it's super rocked up. I only like country Christmas in small doses.
I also like 80s pop rock, and will listen to that when my husband is listening to his music, because I don't impose my Christmas music on him February thru October. My kids like it, so they don't mind. Of course that means I have to bite my lip when they're listening to their music.

I have... eclectic tastes in music lol. I guess I really prefer alternative rock, Radiohead, The Strokes, Postal Service, Interpol and so on. But then I like classical music, electronica, plain song singing, folk music and even medieval reproduction music.... Who knows! I'm just not really into pop culture music or the club music the kids seem to like these days

Isn't it wonderful that there are so many different kinds of music - something for everyone to enjoy?
