So Tweetys cere is dark brown!!! Does that mean she is in breeding condition? It browner than usual! Please any answer would be helpful

Fayth, if you are considering breeding Tweety, (and I don't remember whether you have a male), you may want to hold off on buying a hand raised budgie. You could do the hand raising yourself and have your very own hand raised baby or babies.
