I am so happy I think I got them off an all seed diet!!!! They are eating Zupreem fruit flavoured pellets (they smell amazing) with sunflowers seeds reg seeds Harrison's small bird mash and some puffed wheat! I premixed this diet and finally they eat it they epically love puffed wheat! And I also put a bowl of spinach in there yesterday before bed and in the morning I thought it looked like they had been eating it!!! Today their poops were green (because of the spinach) And Kiwi jumped and climbed my arm today without me trying! I think I am making progress!! Iam so happy! Now they eat; Their food mix Blueberries Apple Spinach
Eeek I am so so so happy

That is great! Have your fresh fruit and spinach been separate, on a plate and cut up into little pieces? Was the skin removed? How long have you been trying?

For apple I just dive it and put it in their dish! For spinach and blueberries I have a seperate dish. I tried for about 2 weeks I guess but they took to them pretty easily!

Fayth, please do not feed your birds spinach unless it is cooked. It has a protein compound in it that makes it difficult for a bird to absorb calcium. Feeding it too often can make your birds sick.

Okay Everything should be fine, but next time you feed spinach, just throw it in a frying pan until it wilts nice and soft
