Mine scratch at the seed, I believe this is to find more seeds. Sounds like she is going into breeding condition. I am not sure what to tell you about the dizziness

This sounds like the behavior of a hen seeking a nest: she probably only looked unbalanced because it was an awkward place to climb and stand. If the dizziness comes back, let me know. If not, I wouldn't worry about it again.
To correct this behavior, be sure to cover Credo's cage at night, and leave it on there for about 14 hours. That might seem like an unfairly long time to cover a bird: but think about it. Parrots have no synthetic light in nature: in the winter season, they sleep from the moment the sun goes down to the moment it rises, and as far south as Australia, it stays dark for a very long time in winter. We are trying to fool her biological clock into believing that it is not breeding time: spring, which is characterized by longer days and warmer climes, like our houses are 95% of the time. This is the first, easiest and most effective steps to convincing her hormones to subside. I hope this helped!
