:/ there has to be something wrong. Do you get your house sprayed with a pesticide? Use air fresheners? Or in the heat vents?
I'm sorry for what you had to see this morning :/ it sounds awful. I could only imagine how you feel...

How horrible! I'm so sorry you had to see your little guy that way, and I'm so sorry you have had such a rotten time with so many birds dying. I really don't understand it. Something's not right. I'm beginning to feel a bit of concern for what you and other humans in your home may be breathing, touching or ingesting without knowing it. These many birds must be dying for a reason. Could there be mold in your ceiling? Led in your paint? How's your water?

I could only imagine how you feel... Lisamy family knows not to use pesticides because of me working at a animal clinic. What did you mean by the heat vents?

I think Luvs thinks you should bring the little body to the vet and sometimes theyll find out what happened

I would like to do that but currently finicially I can't. My hours were just severly cut at my clinic. So a Necropsy is not at the top of my list.

This is called a rectal prolapse, and is the result of run away pressure and swelling within the body. It is very likely that Afrit had either cancer or a large infected cyst. There would have been nothing anyone could do.
I am very sorry for your loss.

By heat vents I mean like the air filters... I actually have NO idea what I am saying but this is my attempt at making a guess. If the filters haven't been clean the pollutants on air are toxic to everyone even humans, but it would take a long time to see the effects. Not at all saying you aren't clean or that you neglect your bird I'm just throwing out a random thought honestly. It upsets me how much losses you have gone through. There's gotta be something we could figure out..
