So got one earlier today for Snow and Afrit. They love shower time. Has anyone ever used one of these on budgies or other birds ?

I have not, although I do have a sort of metal soap rack that I use only for the birds to stand on. It hooks under the shower head so they only get misted and dribbled on instead of being directly in the spray. Let me know how it works for you! I am sure many people (myself included) might be interested in getting one if your budgies like it!

I have one and both my babies love it. I leave it outside the spray while I quickly clean myself up and then I pick both of them up and turn the showerhead to the lowest drip setting and I hold them just outside the drip and let them decide if they want to go in to bathe or not. Both do.

I have one, too! I got mine on Etsy and chose the pink one. Don't tell Mistletoe that his shower perch is girlie. My kids said, "Mama, he's a BOY!" When they saw it. Actually, the first thing Rachel said when she saw it was, "Why did you put an old people handle in your shower?" That's funny because it's merely held on by suction cups - not tremendously safe for someone to use as a steadying device. Mistletoe likes getting to be with me, but he doesn't like getting wet. I have the perch positioned such that he doesn't have to get wet. He still sits there looking like a grump.
I wouldn't have a prayer of getting any of the budgies in there to try it out. To the four of them, I am not a flock member.

Silver doesn't seem to like getting wet either. Emma loves to be sprayed with the mister. Maybe they grow into liking it as they get older.

I sure hope so, cuz my boy could sure use a dampening down more often, the little powder puff, messy eater.
