Hey everyone! I'm the owner of the little yellow budgie you've seen before in my other threads! He's melting sooooo much right now, and I'm pretty sure skittles is a boy because his nose has turned a light blue/purple color. My husband was deployed when I got him, but he's completly comfortable with him. Skittles now (for the most part) will step up on command and enjoys his time out of the cage. He frequently loves to sit on our shoulders and he loves sitting on my head
