You are doing what you need to do, does she feel calm when you are near? if so, I would try to hold some millet up to the cage and see if she will eat it, hold it there for like 30 seconds. or you can try to hold millet with ur hand while inside the cage and see if she will eat it this is probably the best video

No, she is still afraid if I come near the cage, like when I feed or water her. I put my finger through the bars and she backs up. I just stuck a few fingers in the cage and she freaked right out, flew to the other side of the cage.
