So i recently put Kiwi & Nova together because they were kinda of start cross lovers always wanting to be with each other. I put tweety in her own cage amd she seemed to enjoy it! Yesterday i took them out for the first time in a about a week or to because i had gone camping and was very very busy. bUt anyway i had started to play with Nova first noticing that her forehead feather were plucked off and some were like cut in half and stuff. Oh whatever so i just kind of split them up. I checked Kiwi and realized that he was missing many forehead feathers a tail feathers and lots of chest feathers. Tweety is perfectly fine! Any suggestions i dont want this to get worse please please help

I would be concerned about this too. I think splitting Kiwi and Nova up and see if it gets worse or clears up may help you identify who is the plucker, if there is a plucker. On the other hand, there's some possibility it's molting, although it doesn't sound quite like it to me.
It would be helpful to post pictures showing the damage. Someone may be able to give you a better idea of what is going on.

I would separate them and see if they are the ones that are plucking themselves or if it was the others. Like Diana said, it may also be molting, taking a picture will help determine if it is or not

Hey guys I concluded it was molting! I guess I got m birds just after molting season so I had never expirenced. I was so nervous but after I looked online at budgie molting pictures I decided that it looked exactly the same as my birds lol

Well I am glad it was only that! Give your birds the opportunity to take baths over the next few weeks, especially as they begin to replace the larger feathers.
