He's actually still active - I still left his food and water in the usual places and he has to leave his favourite perch to get to the treats. Since he got sick he comepletely stopped touching any fruit or veg though - even apples which he loved. But in general he is still eating and drinking well and staying on a high up perch.
I'm also letting him out under strict 100% supervision in a small area (my room between the balcony door (inside obviously) and the curtain) and he enjoys staying on top of the cage. But he knows he's weak and can't fly much so if I get him on me and he wants to go to his cage he'll first jump onto my laptop screen (kinda half way to his cage) then jump to his cage.
One thing that really worries me is that he doesn't call any of the others even though he can hear them extremely loud and clear. I rarely hear his voice. (The others have kinda given up they'll find him after a couple of days looking all over and calling him constantly.)

I think he's getting weaker - just now he tried to fly from my lap onto my laptop screen (that's on my lap) and just couldn't. He kept crashing into the screen not managing to reach the top. Last week I was considering clipping him so that he doesn't hurt himself, but now he's so weak that it isn't necessary. I also think he's a bit constipated. He really isn't dirtying his cage, then when I clean him he'll usually poop on me. Thanks a lot guys for all your concern and care. Here's an updated picture of him: Here he was on a towel on my arm - he's puffed up most of the time but will easily stay on me (and he's learnt that I prefer it when he's on a towel instead of my clothes)

Cu is getting weaker every day. Today he's going to spend all day on me unless he wants go back to his cage. He's still eating and drinking but losing control of his body, can't walk too well and all the time trying to balance with his wings which he's losing control of even more. I just hope that at least he's not in pain. He's still active enough to go down from his perch to eat and drink, and still stays on the top perch, but it just takes more time and more concentration.

Your little baby has really touched my heart. It is precious how much he wants to sit with you, and I love the time you are getting to spend with him. When our last 2 birds died, it was very quick and we really didn't have time to prepare our hearts. I hope the little fighter will win this battle and you will see him strong and flying with confidence again soon. Keep loving the little man - he knows you do!
